The University College is to create a collegial environment in which students continue to grow intellectually. We view liberal education as fundamental preparation for students to select their professional fields and with these backgrounds, students can major in various fields successfully.
The University College provides the curriculum that seeks to empower students’ intellectual ability. This includes the ability to think, to speak, and to write with precision, depth, as well as the capacity to perceive and expose false reasoning.
Futhermore, the University College provides various academic services and activities for first year students to develop creative thinking, and to explore proper paths in their second field.
The University College is the starting point for first year students to become global leaders and intellectuals of the future.
