<Students, who are not native English speakers, and who wish to undertake courses at SKK University in the English language are expected to submit evidence of their English language proficiency with their application. Evidence can be in the form of either the TOEFL certificate or a letter of recommendation from the student's supervising professor stating that the student is fluent in written and spoken English.>

The minimum TOEFL scores are as follows:
- Written TOEFL 550 and an essay score (TWE) of 4.0 or better
- Computerized TOEFL 213 and an essay score (TWE) of 4.0 or better
  (Only exams taken in the last two years will be accepted.)

<Students who have completed studies in English for at least one full year of university level study are not required to submit evidence of English proficiency, the student's transcript will suffice as proof.>
