4. Three 3.5×4.5cm color photographs in addition to a photo on this application form
5. Photocopy of your passport
6. Certification of the student or her/his parent's Bank Account over than 10,000 USD

7. Photocopy of Residents Card
8. Photocopy of Family Relationship
