|
This application is for professors. If you are an exchange student your accommodation will be arranged separately and you do not need to apply here.
|
|
|
|
☞ Application Instructions
|
① Fill out the form above.
② Email it to (ihouse@skku.edu).
③ We will confirm your dormitory reservation status by email.
|
|
|
|
|
☞ How to pay
|
① Before the semester started, there will be a housing fee bill in your mailbox. Please pay it within a week of the issue date on the bill.(regular exchange student)
② You have to pay the exact amount at Woori Bank next to the front gate of the campus, you should bring the bill for housing fee as well.
③ We do not accept any kind of check. Only cash is allowed.
④If you are professors, you might pay for the housing fee monthly.

The period of 4month is from Mar 1st to June 30th, Sept 1st to Dec 31st. Those who would like to extend your stay in the dorm after the semester can pay for the housing fee monthly.(It is going to be \10,000won a day) You might be staying in the dorm after the semester, if there is vacancy.
(Including all costs for air-conditioning & heating, water, internet, electricity)

☞ Refund
|
① We cannot give refunds for temporary absence even in cases where you do not stay in the dorm for several weeks.
② If you move to new residence or go back to your country for good, a refund may be allowed. There is no cancellation fee, when you are given a refund. But the period remained should be more than 1 month. If not, refund will not be allowed.
③ You should bring your bank account details, student ID card to the I-House manager, Jimmy Park when you apply for a refund. The refund process should take 1week.

# If you don't follow the rules above, you may subject to disciplinary action such as being asked to leave the dormitory.
