The University Affairs Division is responsible for the Natural Sciences Campus PR, facilities management, management and purchasing of supplies for both campuses of the SKKU.
The Purchasing Team is responsible for the promotion and university affairs of the Natural Sciences campus and is in charge of purchasing supplies and management of supplies for both campuses of the University.
The Management Team of the Natural Sciences Campus is responsible for the general maintenance work for campus facilities and more specifically, is in charge of works related to constructions, space management, landscape, electricity, mechanical facilities, safety and environment.
The Emergency Management Office was established based on the Chung-Mu Plan of the Ministry of Education Human Resources Development . The office carries out contingency planning that the SKKU must follow in wartime, offers assistance for faculty, staff and student reserve forces training in the regional reserves regiment established in July 1, 1981, and has been providing support for regional civil defense-related work since the establishment of Sungkyunkwan University Civil Defence Corps on December 24, 1975.
First, to prepare for emergency or wartime situations, the Emergency Management Office inspects and supplements various plans to fit the conditions of the University and prepares practical plans for management conversion and protection of important data and resources.
Second, to maximize the effect and performance of reserve forces trainings and to increase training participation rate through efficient training schedule management, the Office utilizes various promotional medium to notify the training schedules.
Third, to improve the performance of regional civil defense training, the Office carries out emergency trainings, notifies individual missions and carries out wartime/peacetime protocol and task procedure education. Also, the Office promotes 100% participation of individuals who have finished all reserve training years and are beginning new civil defense training, CBR trainees and general trainees to improve various emergency response performances of civil defense team.
