- Description
- Regular Korean Language Course is suitable for learners, who can spare their morning hours, aiming to learn Korean language intensively for a lengthy period. Classes are organized according to the level of proficiency ranging from level one to level six. We offer regular Korean language course quarterly (Spring, summer, fall and winter). Each course runs for 10 weeks, Monday through Friday (09:00~13:00), which amounts to 200 hours. * You will find timetable, application due-date for each course at Sungkyun Language Institute website

> College Entrance Exam Preparation Class: Students who are in the Level 4 and above are eligible to take
> TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean ) Preparation Class
> Korean Music Class: Learning Korean culture as well as language through Korean songs
> Advanced Writing Class: Intensive writing class to improve composition skills
> Korean Film Class: practical way to learn Korean language through Korean films
> Pronunciation Class
> Listening Class on Current Events

To learn more about Korean traditional culture, students will be introduced to the following:
> Talch'um (Korean mask dance)
> Taekwondo (Korean martial arts)
> Traditional marriage ceremony
> Jaerae (Traditional Korean thanksgiving ceremony for ancestors)
> Samulnori (Traditional Korean percussion music) - Field trips may include excursions to: Downtown Seoul including broadcasting stations Chungwadae (the Blue House:the president's office), Insa-dong, Daehak-ro, Ichon Pottery Village, and amusement parks such as Everland and Lotte World
