Office of International Affairs Views : 5503 Attach ( 0 ) 게시글 내용 The Celebration of the 624^th Foundation Anniversary, A Place to Celebrate with all SKKU Family by Offline Events - A total of 200 people, including twice as many awardees as in the previous year before COVID-19 - Creating a lively atmosphere with the lead of an alumni news anchor and congratulatory performance of alumni singer SKKU (President Dong Ryeol Shin) held a commemorative event on the afternoon of Sep. 23 (Fri) at the Chobyungdoo International Conference Hall in Humanities and Social Sciences Campus to celebrate the 624^th anniversary of the founding of SKKU. At this ceremony, President Shin expressed his gratitude to all members of the SKKU family who are doing their best in their assigned positions with the spirit of creative challenge and innovation to achieve SKKU’s VISION 2030. In detail, there were long-term service from 30 to 10 years, 60^th birthday celebrations, and merit commendation awards. A total of 228 people were awarded, 13 (30 years), 58 (20 years), 84 (10 years), 60 (60^th birthday), and 13 (commendations for merit), the largest number of people in the past 5 years. Also, despite the busy schedule, alumni Da Won You (Dance’08) who is working as a news anchor, and singer Namjoo Kim (Theatre’15) joined in the honorable foundation ceremony and celebratory performance. The foundation ceremony, which has been reduced or suspended sine COVID-19 in 2020, ended in a pleasant atmosphere with the resumption of this offline event, with many SKKU families taking various commemorative photos.
