Our University Achieves First Place in Employment Rate for 9 Consecutive Years
- Achievements in employment support through mentoring by alumni and specialized job programs

□ Our university (President Yoo Ji-beom) has announced that it has achieved first place in employment rate for 9 consecutive years. According to the "2023 Graduate Employment Statistics Survey (2024 Information Disclosure)" published by the University Information System, our university recorded a 73.8% employment rate, ranking first among comprehensive universities with more than 3,000 annual graduates. It also achieved first place in the retention employment rate, which reflects the quality of employment, with a rate of 88.7% (2024 Information Disclosure, based on universities with more than 3,000 graduates).
□ The key factors behind maintaining first place for 9 consecutive years include student-centered employment programs, large-scale job fairs, mentoring and special lectures by alumni, and specialized programs operated by the University Employment Center.
□ Our university provides opportunities for students to learn firsthand job experiences and industry characteristics from alumni working in the field through programs such as the "Alumni Job Academy," "Online Mentoring," and "Alumni Relay Special Lectures." Additionally, we strengthen students' employment competitiveness by offering programs tailored to the recruitment process, such as document evaluation, aptitude tests, and interviews.
□ Each semester, our university invites about 70 companies to hold large-scale offline JOB FAIRS, providing students with opportunities to directly interact with excellent domestic and international companies. In 2024, the number of job fairs and campuses increased, resulting in more than 4,500 students participating.
□ We also operate the University Employment Center, a program supervised by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, hiring career and employment consultants to provide personalized counseling to students. Through this, we offer systematic and differentiated employment support services.
□ Lee Joon-sang, Director of the Student Talent Development Center at our university, stated, "We will further strengthen support to help lower-year students explore their careers early and actively prepare for employment. We also plan to expand the alumni network to activate job-focused mentoring and special lecture programs led by alumni, so that students can receive practical help."
