2025 Fall Semester Orientation for Incoming Exchange and Visiting Students

The Office of International Affairs (VP: Professor Minhyo Cho) and the International Relations Team, together with Hi-Club, a student organization under the Office of International Affairs, hosted the orientation for incoming exchange and visiting students on Thursday, August 28, at the New Millennium Hall, Humanities and Social Sciences Campus.
For the 2025 Fall Semester, SKKU welcomed 630 exchange students from 224 partner universities across 54 countries. Throughout the semester, they will take a variety of courses, including major, liberal arts, and exchange-student-exclusive classes at both campuses — 483 students at the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus and 147 students at the Natural Sciences Campus.

The orientation covered topics such as the university’s history, course registration, visa and residency matters, safety and security guidelines, followed by a campus tour that included significant landmarks such as Sungkyunkwan and Myeongnyundang.
In his address, VP Cho encouraged the students, saying: “I believe this semester will become one of the most memorable times in your life, and I hope you will create many wonderful memories.”
