-A festival to promote club achievements, encourage communication, and strengthen community on campus
-Selected for the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s university club support program “Club ON,” organizing community-linked events

The 44th Student Clubs of Sungkyunkwan University’s Humanities and Social Sciences Campus, “Wave (파동),” hosted the “Club Festa (Wave Picnic)” from 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Geumjandi Square on campus and Marronnier Park near Hyehwa Station.
The event was designed to bring together SKKU members—including current students, those on leave, program completers, alumni, and exchange students—as well as local residents. It offered a variety of programs introducing and celebrating the vibrant club culture of SKKU.
On the first day, promotional booths from central clubs and student organizations of the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus were held at Golden Lawn Square. On the second day, experience booths and live performances were featured at Marronnier Park, heightening the festive atmosphere.

A total of 45 clubs and student organizations participated over the two days, offering various interactive experiences such as keyring making and instant photo sessions, open to both SKKU members and local residents. On the second day, 12 performance teams took the stage at Marronnier Park, showcasing diverse performances that energized the event.
Noh Kyu-won (Global Leadership Major, Class of 2022), President of the Student Clubs, remarked,
“By introducing our club culture to the local community, we wanted to bridge the gap between the university and the neighborhood, while giving our clubs a broader stage to showcase their talents. Club Festa served as the first step toward that goal, and the strong support from Sungkyunkwan University and the Seoul Metropolitan Government was a tremendous motivation.”
