Sungkyunkwan University and Forbes Korea to Co-Host the ‘Y30 AI Summit’

– Next-Generation AI Leaders Gather to Discuss the Future of Technology and Innovation

Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) will co-host the “2025 Y30 AI Summit” with Forbes Korea on Thursday, November 6, at 2:00 p.m. in the Cho Byung-Doo International Hall, 600th Anniversary Building.

This event is Korea’s largest youth-focused AI conference, bringing together young AI innovators from across the nation to share their insights on the future of technology and innovation.

Starting this year, Forbes Korea has launched the “Y30s Rising AI Leaders” initiative, selecting and highlighting 20 outstanding young talents driving Korea’s rapidly growing AI industry. The program spotlights individuals who demonstrate the potential to lead “K-AI” onto the global stage.

The selected leaders are making remarkable achievements both domestically and internationally in diverse fields such as NLP, MLOps, ESG AI, and 3D AI, showcasing their technological expertise and creativity.

Co-hosted by SKKU and Forbes Korea, the summit carries special significance. The event will open with a keynote speech by Yoon-Hong Heo, CEO of GS Engineering & Construction, followed by presentations from the Y30s Rising AI Leaders, who will share their personal stories of challenge and growth. The program will be hosted by Anna Kyung Ahn, news anchor from JTBC.

A Forbes Korea representative shared, “We hope participants will find inspiration in the stories of these young AI innovators and join us in shaping the future of change,” adding, “We look forward to strong participation from university students and the general public, especially from Sungkyunkwan University.”

Additionally, a lucky draw event will be held for participants on the day of the summit, with prizes including the latest Galaxy tablet PC, premium smartwatches, Sony headsets, and Forbes Korea magazine subscriptions.
