Dean of SKKU Graduate School of Global Insurance and Pension, Prof. Hongjoo JUNG has been inaugurated as the 31st president of the Korean Insurance Academic Society. The term begins this May and will end next year May.
Prof. Hongjoo JUNG finished his undergraduate degree at the College of Economics in Seoul National University and has received masters and doctor’s degree at New York University and U Penn Wharton School of MBA, respectively. Prof. JUNG was appointed as the first president of Korea Financial Consumer Society and a researcher at various universities such as Fudan University (China), Waseda University (Japan), Koln University (Germany) and U.C Berkeley (US). He is currently the chairman of IAFICO (International Academy of Financial Consumers).
