College of Social Science Holds the 1st Suseon Forum
College of Social Science, Sungkyunkwan University held the 1st Suseon Forum on May 12 (Wed).
At this forum, about 30 professors of College of Social Science gathered, and presentations and discussions were conducted to promote academic community.
Starting with the welcome speech by Bi-Hwan Kim (Dean, College of Social Science), Prof. Hoon-Seok Choi (Department of Psychology) spoke at the forum with the theme of “A new model of individualism-collectivism that suggests us what to do within and between groups”.
Based on the theme of “Community and Social Science”, the College of Social Science plans to hold the Suseon Forum on a monthly-basis until the first half of next year to promote communication and exchange among college members, create a foundation for sustainable academic community formation and discover common research topics.
