Prof. Do Hyun Ryu (Department of Chemistry) Wins Academic Award
from the Korean Society of Organic Synthesis
Prof. Do Hyun Ryu (Department of Chemistry) won an academic award at the 2022 Korean Society of Organic Synthesis (KSOS) academic conference.
Prof. Ryu was recognized for leading the development of the field of study by presenting original and outstanding research results in the field of asymmetric synthesis of chiral molecules using organic catalysts.
Korean Society of Organic Synthesis (KSOS) was launched in 2010 as a group of experts in each field who used organic synthesis as a research tool. Experts in academia, industry, and research in related fields such as chemistry, biology, medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, materials engineering, chemical engineering, and environmental engineering, which synthesize and use various organic compounds, as well as organic synthesis, are participating in the conference.
Korean Society of Organic Synthesis awards the KSOS Academic Award to researchers who are recognized for contributing to the development of the field of organic synthesis by publishing outstanding papers related to organic synthesis every year.
