Prof. Joon-Yong Park and Prof. Yoo-Soon Jang Donate 100 million KRW
Prof. Joon-Yong Park (Munhaeng Distinguished Chair Professor of Economics) and Prof. Yoo-Soon Jang (Professor at Indiana University) visited the Office of Dean, College of Economics on June 9 (Wed) and donated 100 million KRW for 「College of Economics Development Fund」.
At the fund delivery ceremony, Prof. Park and Prof. Jang attended and Prof. Sung-Hyun Kim (Dean of College of Economics) and Professor Chang-Sik Kim attended to show their gratitude.
“I hope that the contribution will help to establish an environment for the development of College of Economics,” says Prof. Park at the fund delivery ceremony.
Prof. Park strives to continuously perform research activities and foster the next generation by hosting the Workshop on Energy Economics 2019 and attracting large-scale research projects that analyze energy demand to SKKU’s Economics Research institute.
Prof. Park donated about 200 million KRW to his alma mater so far.
