Academic Affairs Division
The Office of Academic Affairs is in charge of Overall Academic Affairs such as Establishment of Basic University Education Policies, Recruitment and management of Faculty, Operation of the Academic system, Academic Records, Classes, Grades, and Issuance of Graduation and other certificates. The Office of Academic Affairs consists of the Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Faculty Affairs, and the Center for Teaching & Learning.

Office of Academic Affairs
The office of Academic Affairs is responsible for the Planning and Adjustment of SKKU’s Undergraduate/Graduate Education Operation plans, Integrated Services Regarding Academic Records, Graduation, Courses and Grades for Undergraduate/Graduate school students.
Major Responsibilities and Functions
- Establishment and adjustment of Basic Plans for Academic Affairs
- Improvement of the University System
- Establishment of Majors, Departments, and Graduate Programs
- Management and Adjustments of Admission Quota
- Organization and Adjustment of Educational Programs
- Management and Adjustments of Academic Schedule
- Coordination of matters related to Instructor Policies
- Operation of Academic Affairs Committee
- Administration of Basic Planning for Academic Management
- Operation and development of Academic system
- Regulation of the Academic System and Establishment/Amendment of Guidelines
- Service for Academic Records, Graduation, and Three Qualifications(3PUM)
- Provision of Courses, Grades, and Course Registration
- Management of the Academic Records
- Issuance of certificate and Verify Degrees
- Conferment of Degrees and Coordination of Graduation Ceremonies
- Performance of Graduation Evaluations
- Assignment of Educational Spaces
- Operation of Seasonal/Intensive/Challege Semester Courses
- Management of Domestic/International Credit Exchange
Office of Faculty Affairs
The office of Faculty Affairs is responsible for the establishment and implementation of faculty supply plans, management of full-time faculty reappointment, promotion, tenure-track, performance evaluation and sabbatical leaves, and appointment of part-time faculty members.

Center for Teaching & Learning
The Center for Teaching & Learning oversees producing and operating e-learning and MOOC lecture contents, operating an online Learning Management System (i-Campus), building and utilizing advanced education infrastructure, and developing and utilizing innovative teaching learning trends.
Major Responsibilities and Functions
- E-learning lecture contents development, design, production and service
- K-MOOC/Global MOOC development, design, production and service
- Learning Management System(i-Campus) management and user support
- Implementing high-tech educational infrastructure
- Providing and managing contents of Open Course Ware(OCW) lectures
- The research and development of the curriculum and teaching method advancement plan
- The research, development, and supply of teaching methods
- Development of a basis for evaluating excellent courses and verification of course performance evaluation
- The support of learning improvement activities
- The research of academic achievement levels and course satisfaction
