We are pleased to invite you to the “Mindfulness for Life” Talk Concert with Professor Willem Kuyken, a leading clinical psychologist from the University of Oxford.

Professor Kuyken is a world-renowned scholar in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), dedicated to supporting people experiencing emotional difficulties such as depression and anxiety.

This session will explore how mindfulness can help address common mental health challenges among university students, including academic stress, relationship difficulties, and career-related anxiety, through real-life examples.

As part of the talk concert, there will be a special session in which Professor Kuyken will respond to student concerns submitted in advance.
Selected stories will be shared anonymously during the event, and Professor Kuyken will offer insights and guidance from a mindfulness perspective.
