President Kyu Sang Chung and Dean Gee Woo Bock visited colleges in Singapore and Malaysia from Aug. 7th to 10th. The business trip started with a visit to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia where the University President Forum was held. At the forum, our university gave a presentation called 'Pursuing Innovation and Services for Nation Building', which received great attention.
Also, the president visited Nanyang Technological University (NTU) on Aug. 8th and the National University of Singapore (NUS) on Aug. 10th to discuss possible ways to initiate exchange. From these visits, the development of various exchange programs is expected including a joint Ph.D. program and joint research with NTU and a three-way exchange program (ISB-NUS-SKKU) in the field of business as well as joint engineering research of Smart Cities, graduate student research exchange, internships, and more with NUS.
