SUNGKYUNKWAN UNIVERSITY (SKKU), SEOUL, KOREA

SKKU has placed within top 100 in World Reputation Rankings by Times Higher Education (THE) for the first time. On July 15^th, THE announced the 2017 World Reputation Ranking. In the evaluation, three universities in Korea were listed in Top 100: Seoul National University (45^th), KAIST (81~90^th), and SKKU (81~90^th). Meanwhile, Harvard University ranked No. 1 for the seventh year in a row while MIT and Stanford University placed 2^nd and 3^rd, respectively.
