SKKU and the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China signed an MOU on July 30th (Mon) at 600th Anniversary Hall for mutual collaboration and academic exchange. The Central Party School of the Communist Party of China sent Mr. Hwang (黄宪起), a member of the academic board, as a representative of their school. Many political moguls such as Mao Zedong (毛澤東), Hu Jintao (胡锦涛), and Xi Jinping (習近平) served as a presidents of the school.
In 2009, SKKU started exchange activities with the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China by supporting Korean educational programs at the school. Since 2013, Sungkyun China Research Center and the International Strategy Institute of the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China signed an MOU for joint academic forums, research activities, and joint publication.
Through this agreement, the two universities agreed on expanding their exchange activities university-wide. This is the first time the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China has developed university-wide exchange with a Korean university. They will hold an annual forum for fields of common interest and try to expand exchange activities to related research/academic institutes.
