◈ 외국인 유학생 튜터링이란?
각 전공과목에서 A 이상 학점을 받은 튜터(외국인 유학생, 한국인 학생)가 전공과목에서 도움을 받고자 하는 튜티(외국인 유학생)들이 그룹학습을 할 수 있도록 매칭하고 지원하는 전공학습력 강화 프로그램입니다.
◈신청방법
1) 신청과목: 이번 학기 개설 전공과목
- 튜터: 이번 학기 개설 전공과목 중에서 본인 취득학점이 A이상인 과목(외국인, 한국인 모두 신청 가능)
- 튜티: 이번 학기 개설 전공과목 중에서 희망 전공과목을 신청(외국인 유학생)
※ 2과목 이상 신청가능하며, 이 경우 희망 전공과목별로 신청서를 각각 작성하여야 합니다.
2) 신청자격 및 링크
- 튜터 신청자격: 신청 전공과목의 취득학점이 A이상인 학사과정 외국인 유학생 및 한국인 학생

◈활동기간
- 2023년 3월 22일(수) ~ 6월 9일(금)
◈활동기준
- 8회, 8시간 이상 튜터링 (+매회 활동보고서 작성)
◈이수혜택
1) 활동지원금: 매회 참석인원 1인당 5천원(튜터 및 튜티 참석인원)
2) 튜터
-인성품 교내봉사시간 인정
-인성품 교내봉사시간을 선택하지 않을 경우 아르바이트비 지급(튜터링 시간×2만원)
◈유의사항
1) 지원자격에 위배되는 경우에는 취소될 수 있습니다.
2) 튜터는 튜터링 활동 전에 외국인유학생지원팀의 OT에 참석하셔야 합니다.(튜터에게 개별 안내)
3) 튜터링 배정 결과는 튜터 및 튜티 신청 여부, 전공과목 유/무, 난이도 등에 따라 결정됩니다.
4) 우수튜터에게는 국제처장 시상이 있습니다.

International students(degee program in undergraduate level) who wants to study together for this semester, gather up!
- "TUTOR (International student/Korean student)" who wants to get volunteer time and make friends
- "TUTEE (International Student)" who wants to get good grades in his major
◈ What is tutoring for International students?
It is a program to strengthen major learning ability that matches and supports international students with tutor (International students, Korean students) who have received A or higher grades in each major so that students who want to receive help in their major can do group learning.
◈ Application method
1) Subjects to be applied: Major courses opened this semester
- TUTOR Requirement: Subjects with A or higher grade among courses(courses of your major) opened this semester (both international student and Korean student can apply)

- TUTEE Requirement: Apply for the subjects among the courses(courses of your major) opened this semester (undergraduate international student ONLY)

※ Students can apply for more than two subjects, and in this case, you must fill out each application form for each tutoring subjects.
2) Application qualifications and links
- Tutor: International students and Korean students in the bachelor's course with A or higher in the major course
- Tutty: International Students Taking Major Subjects This Semester
3) Recruitment period: March 8(Wed), 2023 ~ March 16(Thu), 2023
4) Selection announcement: March 21, 2023 (Please check the announcement on the website of Office of International Student Services)
◈ Activity period
- from (Wed) March 22 , 2023 to (Friday) June 9, 2023
◈ Activity standard
- 8 times + writing activity report every time
- Total activity time has to be more than 8 hours.
◈ Benefits of completion
1) Activity support fund: KRW 5,000 per person (tutor and tutor attendance) for every tutoring.
2) For TUTOR
- Tutoring hour can be recognized as school volunteer hours (인성품)
- Part-time job fee will be paid if personality service hours(봉사시간) are not selected (tutoring hour x 20,000 won)
◈ Precautions
1) If it violates the application qualification, it may be canceled.
2) The tutor must attend the OT of the OISS(Office of International Student Services) before the tutoring activity. (※ We will inform the tutor personally about OT)
3) The tutoring matching result will be decided by applied tutor/tutee/subjects and the difficulty of the class.
4) The best tutor has an Vice President of International Affair's Award.
