[2022년도 동계 학위복 대여 안내]

성균관대학교에서의 오랜 여정을 마무리하시고 자랑스러운 모습으로 졸업을 맞이하시는 학생분들을 위해 학위복 대여사업을 진행합니다. 해당 사업은 사전신청제로 이루어지며, 신청하시는 모든 졸업대상자분들께서 학위복 대여가 가능합니다. 졸업을 진심으로 축하 드립니다.

■학위복 대여 안내
○ 학위복 대여사업 대상자: 2022년도 2월 학위수여자
※학사 및 석사 학위복만 대여가능합니다. 
※수료생 및 기졸업생은 대여가 불가합니다.
○ 학위복 대여사업 일정: 2022.02.12.(토)~2022.02.20.(일) 매일 9:00~18:00
※점심시간에도 학위복 대여가 가능합니다.
※학위복은 대여 당일 18시까지 반납해 주셔야 합니다.
○ 학위복 대여 장소: 인문사회과학캠퍼스 국제관 1층 라운지 / 자연과학캠퍼스 학생회관 1층 소강당
○ 준비물: 마스크, 신분증(주민등록증•자동차운전면허증•외국인등록증•여권 등), 학위복 수령용 가방
※학위복 반납의 보증을 위하여 대여자분의 신분증 제출 이후 대여가 이루어지는 점 너른 양해 부탁드립니다.

■학위복 대여 신청 안내
○ 학위복 대여신청 일정: 2022.02.03.(목)~2022.02.11.(금)
○ 학위복 대여신청 방법: GLS(PC버전) -> 신청/자격관리 -> 금학기졸업자학위복대여신청 클릭 -> 방문 예정 일자, 방문캠퍼스, 환불 계좌정보 입력 -> 신청 -> 발급된 가상계좌로 대여료(5,000원) 입금
○ 학위복 대여료: 5,000원 
※대여 신청 시 가상계좌를 발급해드리며, 현금 수납은 불가합니다.
※대여료 환불은 사업 기간이 종료된 이후 일괄적으로 진행될 예정입니다.

■주차안내
 ○ 학위복 대여자에 한하여 주차 할인을 도와드릴 예정입니다.
 ○ 주차요금: 인사캠(4시간 3,000원), 자과캠(4시간 2,000원)
 ○ 인사캠 주차요금 정산 절차: 기본카메라 앱으로 QR코드 스캔 -> 차량번호 4자리 입력 후 차량 선택 -> 주차요금 확인 후 모바일 결제 -> 모바일 결제 완료 후 출차
※QR코드는 대여현장에서 이용하실 수 있습니다.
※주차 정산 후 30분 초과하여 출차 시 추가요금이 부과됩니다. 
※인사캠의 경우 주차공간이 협소하여 혼잡이 예상되오니 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.
 ○ 자과캠 주차요금 정산 절차: 대여현장에서 주차할인권 제공 -> 출차 시 지급된 주차할인권을 제시 후 정산

■기타 안내
○학위복은 학위복 대여기간내 1인당 1회, 1벌만 대여 가능합니다.
○본 대여사업에서는 전통학위복만을 대여해 드립니다. 
○코로나19 확산의 방지와 위생을 위해 반납된 학위복은 재사용하지 않습니다.
○대리인이 대여자의 신분증을 지참하신 경우 대리수령이 가능합니다.
○학위복 대여사업 기간동안 포토월 및 등신대가 설치됩니다. 다만 금잔디 포토월의 경우 2월 20일 15시 전후로 철거될 예정입니다.
○학위복 및 부속품을 분실 및 훼손하신 경우 그에 상응하는 금액이 청구될 수 있습니다.

[Notice on Graduation Gowns Rental for 2022 Winter]

Greetings from Spring, the 54th Student Council of SKKU.
For undergraduates and postgraduates who have completed a long journey at Sungkyunkwan University, we have organized a graduation gowns rental project. The rental requires a beforehand reservation, and everyone who has applied via online can rent the gowns. Warmest congratulations on your graduation.

■Rental Information
○Subject: Degree Recipients on February 2022
※Only for Bachelor and Master's Degree, Ph.D excluded.
※Ineligible for those who have already graduated 
○Period: Saturday, February 12, 2022 – Sunday, February 20, 2022, every day from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
※Rental is available during lunch time
※Gowns must be returned until 6 P.M. on the day of rental
○Location: Humanities and Social Sciences Campus International Hall 1F Lounge, Natural Sciences Campus Student Center 1F Auditorium
○Preparation: Mask, ID (Registration Card, Driver’s License, Residence Card, Passport), Bag for Gown
※We ask for your understanding that rental is available only after submission of ID card as a deposit.

■Application for Rental
○Application Period: Thursday, February 3, 2022 – Friday, February 11, 2022
○Application Process: GLS(PC version) -> 신청/자격관리 -> Click on 금학기졸업자학위복대여신청 -> Enter Visit Day, Campus, Refund Account Information -> Apply -> Pay 5,000 won to the virtual account
○Rental Fee: 5,000 won
※We issue a virtual account for payment, and cash will not be taken.
※Rental fee will be refunded after the end of the whole rental period.

■Parking Information
○We would like to provide parking fee discounts for those who have rented graduation gowns.
○HSSC (3,000 won charge for 4 hours), NSC (2,000 won charge for 4 hours)
○HSSC Parking Fee Payment Process: Scan QR Code with Camera -> Enter 4 digits of the vehicle number and select the vehicle -> Check parking fee and pay mobile -> Exit after payment
※QR Codes can be used at the rental site.
※Additional fee will be charged for exceeding 30 minutes after the payment.
※In the case of HSSC, the parking space is small, so use public transportation if possible.
○NSC Parking Fee Payment Process: Discount ticket provided at the rental site -> Present the ticket and make payment

■Further Notice
○Graduation gowns can be rented only once per person within the rental period.
○Only traditional graduation gowns are available.
○To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure hygiene, returned gowns will not be reused.
○Photo walls and backdrops will be installed during the rental period. However, Geumjandi photo wall will be removed around 15:00 on February 20.
○In case of lost or damaged gowns, the corresponding fee may be charged:
*Traditional Bachelor’s Degree Gown Set: 132,000 won
*Traditional Master’s Degree Gown Set: 179,000 won
