[2022년도 하계 학위복 대여사업 안내]

2022년도 하계 학위복 대여사업을 다음과 같이 실시하오니 대상자분들께서는 일정에 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

* 해당 내용은 코로나19 확산 및 정부 방역 지침에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

■ 학위복 대여 안내
○ 학위복 대여사업 대상자: 2022년도 8월 학위수여자, 2022년도 2월 학위수여자 중 학위복 미대여자
※ 학사 및 석사 학위복만 대여 가능합니다.
※ 재학생, 수료생은 대여가 불가합니다.
※ 박사학위복 대여는 총학생회 및 학교에서 시행하지 않는 관계로 박사학위복 제작 및 대여 관련 문의는 가운업체에 문의하시기 바랍니다. (성의사: 02-754-7650, www.gown21.com)
○ 학위복 대여사업 일정: 2022. 08. 17. (수) ~ 2022. 08. 28. (일) 매일 9:00 ~ 18:00
※ 학위복은 점심시간에도 대여 가능합니다.
○ 학위복 대여 장소: 인문사회과학캠퍼스 국제관 1층 라운지 / 자연과학캠퍼스 학생회관 2층 총학생회실
○ 준비물: 신분증(주민등록증•자동차운전면허증•외국인등록증•여권 등), 마스크, 학위복 수령용 가방
※ 학위복 대여 시 보증을 위해 반납 전까지 대여자분의 신분증을 총학생회 측에서 보관하는 점 너른 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 본교 학생증은 신분증 보관 목적으로의 제출이 불가합니다.

■ 학위복 대여 신청 안내
○ 학위복 대여 신청 일정: 2022. 08. 01. (월) ~ 2022. 08. 12. (금)
○ 학위복 대여 신청 방법: GLS(PC버전) → [신청/자격관리] → [금학기 졸업자 학위복 대여 신청] 클릭 → 최초 방문 예정 일자, 방문 캠퍼스, 환불 계좌정보 입력 → 신청 → 발급된 가상계좌로 대여료(5,000원) 입금
※ 2022년도 2월 학위수여자 중 학위복 미대여자 분들께서는 GLS를 통한 대여 신청이 불가하며, 대여 현장 방문 신청 부탁드립니다.
○ 학위복 대여료: 5,000원
※ 대여 신청 시 가상계좌를 발급해 드리며, 현금 수납은 불가합니다.
※ 매일 00:00~00:10 (금요일 00:00~00:40)은 우리은행 시스템 일자전환에 따라 서비스 이용이 제한되오니 해당 시간대에 학위복 대여를 신청하시는 분들께서는 가상계좌 발급이 지연될 수 있습니다.
※ 대여료를 지불하셨으나 대여를 하지 않으신 경우, 사업 기간이 종료된 이후 일괄적으로 환불 진행해 드릴 예정입니다.

■ 학위복 중복 대여 안내
○ 학위복 대여에는 횟수 제한이 없으나, 1회당 1벌만 대여 가능합니다.
○ 이전에 대여하신 학위복을 반납하지 않으실 경우 중복 대여가 불가합니다.
○ 대여료는 최초 대여 시에만 납부하시면 됩니다.
○ 최초 대여 시에는 세탁된 학위복을 대여해 드리지만, 중복 대여부터는 반납된 학위복을 재사용하여 대여해 드리는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

■ 주차 안내
○ 학위복 대여자에 한하여 주차 할인을 도와드릴 예정입니다.
○ 주차 요금: 인사캠(4시간 3,000원), 자과캠(4시간 2,000원)
○ 주차 요금 정산 절차: 기본카메라 앱으로 QR코드 스캔 → 차량번호 4자리 입력 후 차량 선택 → 주차요금 확인 후 모바일 결제 → 모바일 결제 완료 후 출차
※ QR코드는 대여 현장에서 제공됩니다.
※ 주차 정산 후 30분 초과하여 출차 시 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 
※ 인사캠의 경우 주차공간이 협소하여 혼잡이 예상되오니 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

■ 기타 안내
○ 학위복은 대여 횟수와 관계없이 대여 당일 18시까지 반납해 주셔야 합니다. 
○ 본 대여사업에서는 성균관대학교 전통 학위복만을 대여해 드립니다.
○ 대리인이 대여자의 신분증을 지참하신 경우 학위복 대리 수령이 가능합니다.
○ 학위복 대여사업 기간 동안 포토월 및 등신대가 설치됩니다.
○ 학위복 및 부속품을 분실 및 훼손하신 경우 그에 상응하는 금액이 청구될 수 있습니다.

[Announcement Regarding the Graduation Gowns Rental for 2022 Summer]

Greetings from Spring, the 54th Student Council of SKKU.
For undergraduates and postgraduates who have completed a long journey at Sungkyunkwan University, we have organized the graduation gowns rental project. The rental requires a beforehand reservation, and everyone who has applied via online can rent the gowns. Warmest congratulations on your graduation.

■ Rental Information
○ Subject: Graduating students in August 2022 and February 2022(for those who were not able to rent due to the COVID issue only)
※ Only bachelor’s and master’s gowns are provided for the rental.
※ Only the students who have received the degree can rent the gowns. 
○ Period: Wednesday, August 17, 2022 – Sunday, August 28, 2022, every day from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
※ Rental is available during lunch time.
○ Location: Humanities and Social Sciences Campus International Hall 1F Lounge, Natural Sciences Campus Student Center 2F Student Council’s room.
○ Preparation: ID (Registration Card, Driver’s License, Mask, Residence Card, Passport), Bag for the Gown
※ We ask for your understanding that rental is available only after submission of ID card as a deposit.
※ Student ID card is not accepted as deposit.

■ Application for Rental
○ Application Period: Monday, August 1, 2022 – Friday, August 12, 2022
○ Application Process: GLS(PC version) -> 신청/자격관리 -> Click on 금학기졸업자학위복대여신청 -> Enter Visit Day, Campus, Refund Account Information -> Apply -> Pay 5,000 won to the virtual account
※ Because the online registration for the gown rental for undergraduates and postgraduates of winter 2022 is unavailable, please visit during the rental days and register offline.
○ Rental Fee: 5,000 won
※ Virtual account will be provided for the payment when the rental request is successfully submitted. Cash payment will not be supported.
※ Due to the bank policy, issuing the virtual account may not operate from 12:00 to 12:10 A.M. (12:00 to 12:40 A.M. on Fridays).
※ The rental fee will be refunded if the gown is not rented after the payment.

■ Multiple Times Rental Policy

○ There is no limit to the number of times to rent the gowns, but only one gown can be rented at a time.
○ The previously rented must be returned before renting another gown
○ The rental fee is 5,000 won regardless of the number of times of the rent.
○ Please know that an unused gown will be provided for the first rent, and a used gown will be available to rent after the first rent.

■ Parking Information
○ Parking fee discounts will be provided for those who have rented graduation gowns.
○ HSSC (3,000 won charge for 4 hours), NSC (2,000 won charge for 4 hours)
○ Parking Fee Payment Process: Scan the provided QR Code with Camera → Enter the vehicle number, and select the vehicle → Check parking fee, and pay mobile → Exit after payment
※ QR Codes will be provided at the rental site.
※ Additional fee will be charged for any vehicle staying in the campus more than 30 minutes after the payment.
※ In case of HSSC, the parking space is small, so use public transportation if possible.

■ Further Announcement
○ The gown must be returned before 6 P.M. on the day of the rent.
○ Only traditional graduation gowns are available to rent.
○ For the sake of convenience, any peer who has the graduate’s ID card can rent and return the gown. 

○ Photo walls and backdrops will be installed during the rental period.
○ In case of lost or damaged gowns, the corresponding fee may be charged:
*Traditional Bachelor’s Degree Gown Set: 132,000 won
*Traditional Master’s Degree Gown Set: 179,000 won
