2021학년도 여름 조기귀국자 대상 학위복 대여사업 안내

 코로나19로 인해 2021학년도 하계 학위수여식(8/25 예정) 이전에 조기 귀국하시는 외국인 학생분들을 대상으로 학위복 대여를 진행하고자 합니다. 해당 사업은 예약제로 이루어지며, 사업대상이 아닌 일반 학생분들은 대여가 불가능하다는 점 알려드립니다. 아울러 선착순 방식으로 진행하는 것이 아니며 학위복 대여를 신청해주신 사업대상 학생 모두에게 전통학위복 대여를 진행할 예정입니다. 

✏️사업대상 : 2021학년도 8월 졸업자 중 조기 귀국 예정인 외국인 학생 (조기귀국 증빙자료 필요 ex. 귀국 비행기 티켓 사본)

(대여 당일 18시까지 반드시 반납해 주셔야 합니다.)
✏️학위복 대여신청 일정 : 2021. 06. 26 (토) ~2021. 07. 01 (목) 17:00까지

- 일반학위복은 대여해드리지 않으며, 전통학위복 대여만을 진행합니다.
- 학위복 대여료 수납을 위한 가상계좌는 2021.07.02.(금)에 일괄적으로 발급해드릴 예정입니다.
- 수료생의 경우 학위복 대여가 불가능합니다.
- 학위복 반납을 보증 받기 위해 학위복은 현장에서 신분증과 교환 후에 대여해 드리는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 학위복 및 구성품을 훼손, 분실하신 경우 그에 상응하는 금액을 변상하셔야 합니다.

학생분들께서는 정부의 코로나19 방역수칙에 협조해주시길 바라겠습니다. 체온측정, 사회적 거리두기 유지, 마스크 착용, 손 소독, QR체크인, 수기명부 작성 등 방역수칙을 잘 준수해주시길 부탁드립니다. 코로나19 예방을 위해 반납된 학위복은 다시 대여해 드리지 않으며, 반드시 대여 당일 18시까지 반납해 주셔야 합니다.

[Information Regarding the Rental of Graduation Gowns for Early Returnees – Summer 2021]

Due to COVID-19, we would like hold a graduation gown rental to foreign students who have return home early before the summer graduation ceremony (to be held on August 25th) of 2021. We inform you that the rental runs by a reservation system, and regular students are not eligible for this rental. Additionally, the rental will not be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis, and all eligible students who have signed up for the rental will be able to rent the gowns.

✏️Eligible Students: Foreign undergraduate and graduate students among graduates of August, 2021 who are scheduled to return home early before the graduation ceremony. (Early return proof material required. Ex. copy of return flight ticket)
✏️Graduation Gown Rental Schedule: 2021. July, 04 (Sunday) (09:00~18:00)
(Graduation gowns must be returned by 18:00 on the day of rental.)

✏️Rental Fee: 5,000 Won
✏️Requirements: Certificate of alien registration, mask, bag to receive gown, scheduled department report
- Regular graduation gowns are not for rent. ONLY traditional graduation gowns are for rent.
- We will issue virtual bank accounts to collect the rental fees in July 02. (Friday).
- Degree clothes are for rent for completed students (not fully graduated).
- Please understand that in order to guarantee the return of the graduation gown, your ID card must be given in exchange.
- If you damage or lose your graduation gown and/or related components, you must compensate for the corresponding amount.

 We ask for your cooperation with the government's COVID-19 quarantine rules, and S:Energy will also do our utmost efforts for your safety. Please comply with the COVID-19 prevention rules such as measuring body temperature, maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, sanitizing hands, QR check-in, and writing the entry list. We do not lend returned graduation gowns to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and you must return the gowns by 18:00 on the day of rental.

 In the case of the regular graduation gown rental for 2021, the school headquarters are establishing a system to allow graduation gown reservations through GLS. We will notify you as soon as possible along with the schedule of the rental schedule.
