Prof. Byeungwoo Jeon, Dean, College of Information and Communication Engineering (CICE), SKKU, Prof. Navrati Saxena, Advisor, International Graduate Students, CICE, SKKU and Mr. Sung-Dae Moon, Manager, CICE, SKKU organized an event exclusively for International students in their department. It was an online competition for the students to design a poster and a video. The theme of the poster and video was to advertise CICE in the participant’s country.

There were about 15 participants from various countries like India, Vietnam, China, Pakistan, and Bangladesh who participated in the event by submitting their creative videos and posters. Three best videos and four best posters were sorted by the judgement panel. The award distribution ceremony was organized in the department on December 04, 2015 where all the winning entries were awarded with achievement certificates, cash prize and a souvenir. All the participants were given the participation certificate and the souvenir followed by the dean’s speech.

The dean, CICE in his speech thanked Prof. Navrati Saxena and Mr. Sung-Dae Moon to organize the event and give the platform to international students in their department. He also cheered the participants for their active participation. Followed by Dean’s speech, Professor Navrati Saxena encouraged all the participants for the future participation and asked to motivate their country students to join the upcoming events. Thereafter, the organizing committee and the participants had a pizza party to cherish their participation in the event.
