To rent a classroom for the purpose of education such as student council or club activities, please use the classroom rental application menu in GLS (visiting, calling is not possible). Students may check with the maintenance office of each classroom on via the main service-classroom information menu.

• Application Method: Application announcement in early June
• Reservations: Pay the reservation within a week after applying. Only organizations that have made reservations and paid can print out passes/receipts (bring when visiting).
