Dr. Jeong Hyuk Park (College of Computing and Informatics), appointed as associate professor of Computer Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies
Dr. Jeong Hyuk Park, a member of SKKU VLDB Lab (Prof. Sang-won Lee of Computing and Informatics), is appointed as associate professor of Computer Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in 2023.
Dr. Park, who received bachelor’s degree from the Department of Computing and Informatics and accelerated M.A. and Ph.D. degrees of Software Platform in 2016, received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering in August of 2022. His research studies focus on database techniques for flash memory and NVRAM storage.
Dr. Park presented three of his best research papers at academic conferences in the field of database and won the Samsung Human Tech Paper with a Silver Medal for the first time in our university. In recognition of these outstanding achievements, he was appointed as an assistant professor of computer engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in 2023 at the age of 27
