Toyo University, located in central Tokyo and one of Japan's largest universities, has signed a student exchange agreement with Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). Toyo University was founded in 1887 and is a comprehensive university with multiple campuses across Tokyo.
SKKU students do not have to be fluent in Japanese to study in Tokyo, because Toyo University offers special Japanese language courses for exchange students and numerous English-taught courses. SKKU students can find more information here: http://www.toyo.ac.jp/english/admissions/exchange/courses/other/english.html or contact the SKKU International Office.
