Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) School of Pharmacy’s volunteer student club received attention for their talent donation to people living in rural towns. The volunteer student club Jaejaebu‘s 22 members visited Haahn-ri in Kangwon-do (province) from August 22 to 24, where they volunteered in prescribing medicine. With 6 graduates who are pharmacist, the students had a giveaway event of prescription medication and general pharmaceuticals the towns people needed, while prescribing emergency medicine. They also volunteered in helping with the farming chores as well.
