Prof. Bong-Chul Choi, the dean of Law School in Sunkyunkwan University (SKKU), delivered the Sooill Scholarship for the fall semester 2015 to two students in the master’s degree course(Law School) at 5pm on 11 Nov.(Wed) in 20107B at Law School Bldg.
The Sooill Scholarship is funded by an alumnus SooKyung Seok, the president of Sooill Commerce Inc. and chief director of Sooill Scholarship Committee. It granted 5 million won individually to two Law School students in 2014 spring semester, and in 2015 two in the spring and two in fall semester.
Although it is supposed to be with Sookyung Seok to grant the scholarship, alumnus Seok was not present to join the Scholarship Award Ceremony. Thus, the dean of Law School presented the scholarship on the alumnus’s behalf. The Sooill Scholarship was awarded to Sinyoung Park(attending 2nd year) and Taekyuong Kim(attending 2nd year).
