The delegation, consisting 8 members from University of Minnesota including the president Eric Kaler visited Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU) Natural Sciences Campus on Nov 16(Mon). This was the second visit for President Kaler to SKKU since last year, and this time was especially meaningful because this delegation, for the purpose of exchange, included not only the Vice President of International Programs of the University of Minnesota, but also core faculties in the fields of Medicine, Information and Communication, Engineering and Natural Sciences.
Visiting the N Center, President Kaler was able to find out the research output, the degree of investment and facilities on Neuroscience were the best in Korea, and agreed to gradually augment cooperation in the future, through discussions on exchange cooperation with Dean’s of the respective field of study, starting from joint research Forums & research exchange between faculty and graduate student exchange.
