Student Success Center, Held a Student Success Story Contest Award Ceremony

- Discover undergraduate, graduate, and international student’s diverse student success stories

The Student Success Center conducted a 2020 Student Success Story Contest with the theme of ‘Self-cultivation’, the founding Confucian philosophy of SKKU and 14 final students were selected among 68 applicants through two screenings (document and PT comprehensive review). To comply with COVID-19 prevention regulations, the PT comprehensive review was conducted on/offline. On October 30 (Fri), the award ceremony was held at International Hall (Room 90104) in Humanities and Social Sciences Campus.

This contest had two tracks for Korean and International students, so all students including undergraduate, graduate, and international students in campus participated. In particular, international students presented their growth story in Korean as best they could during the second PT comprehensive review and received their feedback smoothly with the examiners (professors). These students are role models of student success who grow through experiences of failure and success, and have the potential to grow further in the future as considering community’s common issues.
