Sungkyunkwan University President Dong-Ryeol Shin, Participated in “Stay Strong” Campaign
On December 7, Sungkyunkwan University President Dong-Ryeol Shin participated in the “Stay Strong” campaign, supporting the global fight against COVID-19.
The Stay Strong campaign which was launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea in March, 2020, is a public relay campaign to spread the support and combat the coronavirus altogether.
President Dong-Ryeol Shin said, “As the recent spread of COVID-19 has been alarming again, our university is putting the safety of the community first through thorough quarantine management and prompt response. Also, everyone in the SKKU community should follow the infection prevention and control guidelines and work together to overcome the COVID-19.”
President Dong-Ryeol Shin participated in the campaign by the recommendation of Seoul National University President Se-Jeong Oh, and to continue this relay campaign, he pointed Sookmyung Women’s University President Yoon-Geum Jang, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies President In-Chul Kim, and National IT Industry Promotion Agency President Chang-Yeong Kim as next participants.
