14:30 ~ 15:00 : Events/Dance performance
15:00 ~ 15:30 : Section 2 of OT

16:00 ~ 17:25 : Campus Tour
17:30 ~ 18:00 : Move to the restaurants
18:00 ~ 20:00 : Welcome Party

4. [Important Notes]
- Due to space constraints, the Orientation (OT) and the Welcome Party can accommodate up to 300 people. The event will be held on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your understanding. (Even if you are unable to join the OT in person, we will be streaming the OT and performances through Zoom. The Zoom link will be provided soon.)
- Please note that if you sign up but do not attend without prior notice, you will not be able to sign up for any future Hi-Club events (such as Mission Hiking, Field Trip, etc.).
- For a smooth identification process, please remember to bring your ID card (passport, student card, Kingo-M) with you.
- If you would like to participate in the Welcome party, you will need to pay for a ticket. The price of the ticket is 25,000 won (KRW), and payment must be made in cash when we check your name on the orientation day.
- The welcome gifts are only for students who started their study abroad at SKKU from this Spring Semester. Students who started their study from the last 2023 Fall Semester are not eligible for the gifts.
