Enrolled students who need to apply must complete the application within the applicable period. If you are a student who already have your ARC with the sufficient stay period in Korea till the end of 2024 Spring semester, you don’t need to apply for this. However, if you extend your Exchange program and failed to extend your visa, you should apply for the ARC again. As we already announced on our Fact Sheet, students can apply for the ARC individually but have to notify our office (Office of International Relations) after getting the ARC. 1) Online Apply Period: 19th ~ 29th February 2) Online Apply Link: https://www.hirevisa.com/skku - Go to above link and click your campus - Scroll down and Click ‘New RC(ARC) Application’ * To select the Seoul Campus from the menu, you must either primarily take classes at the Seoul Campus or have a residence in Seoul (proof of residence must be included in the submitted documents). If you select the Seoul campus from the menu, you should do the group fingerprint registration and receive an ARC in Seoul. Even if you choose the Suwon campus, you must take the above into account. 3) Offline Application: 28th February 10:00 ~ 14:00 (location: SKKU International Hall Lobby) - You have to bring all documents noticed on the online apply page - This is an OT day, so if necessary, please visit the school early to take care of it. 4) Inquiries: HireVisa application link page - We do NOT get inquiries via email about ARC matters. All application procedures will be informed by e-mail. Please provide usable email (We highly recommend you to use Google Gmail) then filling out the application form so that the receptionist can guide you through the process smoothly. (* QQ mail is difficult to receive a mail, so please provide different e-mail address.) Please be advised that Certificate of Exchange student that is one needed document to apply for the ARC can be issued no later than this week.
